Laura Lisbeth claims that our body sends us messages but we don't listen.. Later, she and her sister Simone, aka Mony, are contemplating shame and the way it can make us care too much. We really want to not care so much. Laura declares that she will no longer be shamed. Their journey takes them to the days of Catholic School and their experiences with the nuns.

Mony does a great impression of Fred Armisen's "Joy Behar" and muses about the way we censor ourselves sometimes, instead of trying out new creative things.

Kicking the episode off with a Charles Bukowski quote, Laura Lisbeth seeks to find the earliest version of herself. LL and Simone (aka Mony Baloney) explore their earliest musical influences, and share some anecdotes from others, many of whose first influences came from their parents.

Mony expresses her love of vinyl and all things analog. Laura searches for a transistor radio on line, in preparation for the Apocalypse.

Singer-Songwriter Laura Lisbeth muses that life changes have brought new fears. Mony & Laura talk about bugs that torment middle-of-the-mappers, and how they arrive via the Bug Highway. This launches a discussion about stink bugs, Asian Lady Beetles, ladybugs, cockroaches, and brown recluse spiders.

Some childhood fear of bugs is explored, as well as how siblings take advantage of those fears and use them to traumatize their sisters; Laura shares the true story of where Mayonnaise comes from

Mony recommends that we should not clean up any clutter.
